House Fire
3709 Denton Street

At 7:37am Shreveport Fire Department was dispatched out to a house fire at Jewella Avenue and Denton Street. Engine 14 was one block away when the call came out. They immediately arrived on scene and advised it was a single story wood frame home fully involved. Engine 15 pulled the plug. The fire was contained in under 15 minutes. 5103 and 5111 both were in route. By the time they made it the smoke and fire was dissipated. No injuries were reported.
