A 1974 Chevrolet Van was the original Rescue Unit 1 of the S.F.D. In 1985 a new Ford F-350 became Rescue 1 and this rig was place at Station 9 at Dillman & 69th Streets and became the 2nd Rescue Unit added to the S.F.D. When it was replaced it became the S.F.D. Dive Van and later it was converted to a Salvage Unit before it was retired.
